Residential Pricing
Free Phone Support - We will consult with you over the phone to try to resolve your problem for up to 15 minutes at no charge. In that time, we'll either solve your issue or be prepared to fix it for you with a service call.
Service Call - $125 for the first hour (1 hour minimum), then $95/hour for additional time billed in 15 minute increments.

The hourly rate covers any labor. Hardware is charged separately.
The services below are billed at a flat fee. These tasks can be very time consuming. The flat fee is designed to lower your cost on these items.
Windows Tune-Up - Spyware and viruses are a real problem. They make your computer boot up slowly. They load your screen with popup ads. They often break your internet access and the sad thing is that regardless of all the ads you see, there is no commercially available product that can really clean all this mess off of your computer. The only way to get it clean is to have a professional sit at the computer and do some thorough, hands on cleaning. - $199
Our "Windows Tune-Up" includes the following:
- Uninstall unwanted applications and files
- Install Antivirus software
- Install Microsoft Windows Defender Utility
- Remove any existing viruses and spyware
- Defragment hard drive for performance
- Run scan on hard drive to fix any corrupt files
- Download and install critical Windows updates
Operating System Installation - $199
Whether you are upgrading or need to reinstall, we will install and configure your Windows operating system. This includes loading the drivers for your internet devices such as sound cards and network cards. This service does not preserve any data.
Operating System Installation with Data Backup and Restore - $299
This is the same as the installation above, but we will first backup your data, then restore it once the installation is completed.
